Similar to the 'Ledger' presented in the Motorcycle section of this site, this page attempts to reveal - in terms of real money spent - the expenses incurred building and operating our specific vehicle. Why? Because obtaining information with regard to actual pricing was one subject area where there was very little disclosure. Having access to a centralized view of actual expense data many months ago would have helped better prepare us for the what we were embarking on. Ultimately, we feel that we have made the right choices - for us - but there was a lot of unnecessary guess work, followed by hundreds of hours of researching dead-ends, topped off by a few suprises thrown in for good measure.
